Your data

Ask us to delete your information.

Last updated 9 August 2026.

You can have your information removed at any time. You don't need a reason, and there's no charge. This page tells you exactly how, and what happens next.

How to ask

Email mathaius3333@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

So we can find you, please include:

That's it. You don't need an account, and you don't need to be a customer.

What happens then

If you came through a Facebook or Instagram advert

When you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us your answers and we store them as an enquiry. Emailing us as above deletes our copy.

Meta keeps its own copy separately, which we can't reach. To deal with that, go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove Advanto, and use Facebook's own controls there.

If you're a Advanto customer

Ask us to close your account and we'll delete your business's data. Some of it is kept for a short window first — see below — so an account closed by mistake can be restored.

If your data is in Advanto because another business uses Advanto to run their books (you're their customer, not ours), that business decides what happens to it. Tell us anyway and we'll pass your request to them and confirm we've done so.

What we can't delete, and why

Being straight with you: a small amount survives a deletion request, and only where the law requires it.

Just want to stop the messages?

You don't have to delete everything to be left alone. Reply STOP to any text, or email us and say so, and we'll stop contacting you while keeping only enough to honour that.

If we get it wrong

Tell us and we'll fix it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
